Refund Policy

Due to the amount of time, effort, and commitment provided within a consultation, refunds are not possible once the intake form is submitted. So long as parents are following all instructions from Krystle Aceski/Nod and Dream, results should be seen.  Consistency is key for success.  If support needs to be paused for whatever reason during the support package period (example: child becomes sick with flu, etc.) the support will resume past the support period.  Krystle Aceski agrees to stick with parent until their goals are reached.
